Returns & Refunds policy

By paying the required fees for your chosen course, you are entitled to avail the services of DroneAcharya Noida RPTO (InnovateX-official training partner) in the form of the drone course as specified and communicated to you at the time of payment of your fees.

Since there are no physical goods being sold but only educational training being imparted, there will not be delivery of any physical goods to you.

Fees once paid is non-refundable but you have the right to avail of the services (chosen Drone course or any other course of equivalent value being offered by DroneAcharya Noida RPTO through their official business partner InnovateX) within a period of 30 days only, post payment of your fees.

In the event of no-show and no intimation, the fees paid would be forfeited after 30 days. Should you need to reapply for the earlier chosen course or any other course offered, by the DroneAcharya Noida RPTO through their official business partner InnovateX, the applicable fees would be payable again.

However, the institute reserves the right to adjust your paid fees even after 30 days only:

1. If you have been prompt enough to keep the institute updated, in written within 30 days of fees paid, about your reasons for the delay in joining the availed course.

2. This option would be available at the sole discretion of the institute in the rarest case when there is sufficient merits in the reasons provided for the delay in joining the course for which the requisite fees had been paid.  

3. This option is applicable only once to an individual student when he/she provides a written/email confirmation of the same from the institute at the time of joining the course beyond a period of 30 days.

You can inform us of your decision and reasons for the delay in joining the course within 30 days of your fees payment  by e-mail at maildronexindia@gmail.com and request for a written confirmation for a one time extension as an exception.

Returning Goods

Since there is no sale of any physical goods, there cannot be any return of goods. The training being imparted being intangible in nature cannot be returned or claimed for a refund under any circumstances.

There are no online classes or training and only offline mode of training is available for all the courses listed on this website. For your training and other communication purpose you have to be physically present at our below address or any other address as communicated to you from time to time

We cannot be held responsible for non-issuance or decline of DGCA certification in case of any changes in Government policies post completion of your training. The institute's liability is only restricted to the maximum extent of fees paid by the student.
